Resolved One of our analytics engine was failing read requests. This started at 6.46 UTC and was fix at 9.20 UTC on Feb 2nd 2022. Some of US customers would of seen the full outage, all other customers would of only seen an outage of 15 minutes when we had to restart our API to bring all systems back online. Our team will be reaching out to the respective customers to clarify any outage seen and future improvements.
